Love the second home ! Everything is beautiful 😍 Sold on the kitchen space 😊 The one thing I don’t love about condos is the shared spaces but I’m scared of heights so I wouldn’t be found on that rooftop deck anyway 😅😅😅 Thanks for your work ! Great videos 🤝
Great upgrades to the first home; the exposed bricks in the rear of the ground floor looked great. 👍🏾 The entry way renovation looks perfect for a club or speakeasy. 🤔 😅
Love the space of the first home ! I personally feel as though it was underutilised. I was expecting more for all of that sq footage. I could appreciate some of the vintage style, not all of it. Not a fan of the kitchen and older type floors. It would be a pass for me, ESPECIALLY for that price.

I love both properties I lean more with the first home though..plus you can rent out the space in the back and make some dough 😊💯😉
